
One of my favorite things is teaching other people to cook. I love seeing that moment when it clicks and they are empowered to create great tasting dishes at home. Cooking healthy gourmet meals for your family and self is a hugely gratifying endeavor. Some people don’t have the time luxury to be able to cook for themselves regularly, which is why I offer personal chef services to fill that need. Some people have the time to cook but no idea where to start or how to bring great tasting nutritious food into their homes. That is where I come in.
I am now offering two types of personal culinary coaching. Virtual Culinary Coaching and Individual one on one guided cooking sessions. Virtual culinary coaching takes the guess work out of “what should I make for dinner”. I will prepare menu plans and a meal schedule for you each week with foods that are specifically tailored to your needs and taste. These meals you can cook all at once on the weekend, like I prepare for my clients or at your leisure over the week. One on one instruction is an excellent way to jumpstart your passion or reignite the flames in your own cooking. Want to learn how to cook for a specific diet (gluten free, vegan, weight loss) or try some new techniques? I join you in the kitchen with a meal plan, recipes to try and valuable information about your special diet or your area of interest. I guide you through the creation process and help you feel empowered in the kitchen.
Virtual Culinary Coaching includes:
- Weekly menu plan and recipes.
- I will send you a 5 weekday meal plan with recipes and instructions.
- Shopping lists for your menu plan.
- Custom menu plans for you dietary needs and personal taste.
- Helpful tips and tricks for managing your menus and cooking.
- (In SF only) 50% off in person one-on-one guided cooking sessions.
Cost: $200/month
One on One Guided Cooking Session includes:
- Customized recipes and cooking plan.
- Hands on guided cooking. I walk you through the recipes step by step and teach you techniques and tricks to create amazing dishes on your own.
- Beautiful home cooked meals created by you.
- Information about your specific diet or plan.
- Fun and inspiration. You will leave these sessions with a new fire in the kitchen. I guarantee it!
- Sessions typically last 2-4 hours depending on number of meals we prepare.
